Kaufmann Window and Door Corporation is a full
line aluminum storm products and vinyl window manufacturer. We sell wholesale. Every product
displayed on our web site we manufacture in our Detroit factory. We have
been in business since 1937.
We are seeking Manufacturer's Representatives for the states of Ohio, Indiana and Illinois. We currently distribute primarily in Southern Michigan We wish to grow our distribution area. Our target market is the remodeling contractor, home builder and the distributors that service them. In order to do this we have designed something different.
We have developed a new line of welded corner storm door. This is our series 700 door and can been seen at the storm door section of our web site. The Weld Tite door is unique. The strength of its construction it is readily apparent to both the dealer and the consumer. This is different than most. It has the advantage of differentiating product from what the big box stores offer. It is competitively priced. It features a powder coated finish in 11 colors.
Not many companies continue to offer aluminum storm windows. Kaufmann produces high quality 2 track, 3 track, outside removable and porch windows in all of the colors.
We also manufacture several grades of vinyl replacement and new construction windows, patio doors, and aluminum storm windows. The vinyl product is also available in the same 11 colors using the royal bond coating system for vinyl. It is another distinctive difference that we have to offer.
We are targeting an area within a 300 mile radius of Detroit. In addition to distinctive product, our advantage in the market is customer support and we are looking to team with a like minded rep. We encourage Established Reps with related product lines to consider us as an addition to their product line. The successful candidate will understand the advantage of unsurpassed customer service. This individual will service an established sales territory and customers in a wholesale environment. Successful selling is based on good personal relationships and the delivery of value added support to the customer.
